Abstract

Today, knowledge and information have been get as a power factor in determining the success and competitiveness of organizations and knowledge management have been introduced as one of the latest organizational issues in the science management. our environment is developing fast and unimaginable, and its communities and governments should control their comprehensibilities speed and have a mutual intractions with their environment and match their science and knowledge with the recent science. If the community can step forward today, definitely take benefits from the advantage of these improvements and if they can n't increase their speed, it will be separated from other communities be isolated. Undoubtedly, today's organizations operate in a dynamic and competitive environment in which its wealth is entrepreneurial manpower. Continuation of these benefits requires employee's innovator, innovators and entrepreneurs. Promotion and development of entrepreneural human resource capabilities will follow the organizational development and and it is essential for the implementation of the basical knowledge management. Achieving this valuable goal, requires to the implementing of new approach of management based on entrepreneurial capability in the organization.
