Abstract

Abstract Klüver–Bucy syndrome (KBS) is a neuropsychiatric disorder secondary to temporal lobe damage. This can be associated with various causes. This syndrome is rarely caused by stroke. We describe the case of a KBS, admitted to the neurology department of the military hospital of Agadir, in September 2022 secondary to ischemic stroke in middle cerebral artery territory. The patient presented most of the clinical features of KBS. These neurobehavioral manifestations improved after the start of treatment.
