Abstract

The increase in fossil fuel consumption with the Industrial Revolution caused a serious increase in greenhouse emissions. This situation, which continues to increase, causes sea level rise, severe weather events, drought, the beginning of agriculture, the expansion of production-consumption relations, and food and water insecurity. Therefore, many people are at risk due to climate change and disruptions. For this reason, disintegration within the country and displacement outside the country are increasing due to disasters or reasons such as drought and poverty. Mass migrations are increasing due to climate change and are becoming one of the important problems in the world. It is important that the changes in this situation are disrupted and the relationship between them is formed. It is necessary to take precautions to reduce the risks of marketing images that force people to migrate. This work; It conducts a detailed literature review and offers suggestions on the relationship between climate crisis and migration, the roles of climate migrants (refugees) in international law and their definition problems, limited borders regarding migration, poor definition of those migrating due to the climate crisis and solutions.
