Abstract

The article describes innovation and its different essences, concepts, and categories. It also discusses the different roles and functional purposes of innovators. Therefore, a distinction was made between innovative and non-innovative issues. Based on this, innovative and innovative conflicts were also distinguished. Special attention is focused on cognitive defects in discourse. Representatives of different fields of science play a role not only in creating innovations but also in the service of innovative processes. Situated at the intersection of cognition, innovation, and conflict management, this work is relevant to various sectors within the national economy—government, business, and civil society—and is of considerable interest to the international scientific community.
