Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of China's state policy in relation to the development of the animation industry. At the beginning of the 21st century, a series of regulations were passed that had a protective and stimulating effect on the animation industry. Government subsidies and the creation of TV channels targeted at children have led to an explosive growth in animation production. Through this art form, the Chinese leadership seeks to influence the worldview of the country's young citizens, popularize the national history, culture and ideology of the Communist Party.
