Abstract

Digital transformation in education in general and at higher education institutions in particular has been taking place strongly in recent years, bringing positive results for innovation in teaching and learning as well as training and scientific research governance. This study presents theoretical frameword of digital transfer in higher education institutions, accordingly analyzes the experience of implementing digital transformation at some leading universities in Asia and Europe in terms of digital infrastructure transformation, training programs and digital platform operations, from which some lessons can be drawn for Vietnam.
