Abstract The article is devoted to a consideration of the sabīls established by King Abdulaziz, with emphasis given to the sabīl he built in the district of al-Muʿābada in Makkah al-Mukarrama. Its location, description, and outward appearance are all discussed, as well as its inscriptions, decorative elements, the materials used in its construction, and it architectural style, accompanied by appropriate illustrative material
