Abstract

The kinetics of the establishment of the effective conductivity in an oil-water system with a flat interface after the phases are brought to contact is experimentally found and investigated. The influence of water-and oil-soluble nonionic surfactants on the pattern of the kinetic curves and the degree of variation in the conductivity of the system with time is studied within a range of 30 s-330 min.
