Abstract

The calorimetric method and ESR were used to study radiation post-polymerization of acrylated and methacrylated butylglycidyl ethers at low temperature in matrix itaelf nnd in ethanol solution. It was shown that replacement of α-hydrogen for a CH 3 group in the acrylate molecule reduces the activity of the growing macroradical as a result of the screening effect of the CH 3 group.
