Abstract
Using a diffusion-kinetic model of adsorption of proteins on a hydrophobic polymer surface a method was proposed for determmining parameters of the adsoprtion process experimentally. The method is based on the egg-albumen-PE system. Experimental results agree with data of numerical simulation and give basis for forecasting the behaviour of polymer-protein adsorption systems.
