Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of intelligence, personality type, peer feedback and clinical supervision on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research using a descriptive design. The population of this research is all civil servant teachers at SMUN Batam City. Sampling used a saturated sample with a sample equal to a population of 104 civil servant teachers. Data was obtained using a questionnaire instrument which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The research results were as follows: intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, personality type had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, peer feedback had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and clinical supervision had a positive and significant effect. significantly on teacher performance, and intelligence, personality type, peer feedback and clinical supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
