Abstract
Agitated reactors are one of the most popular types of equipment in the chemical, food and oil refining industries. Currently, various authors have proved that a constant speed of the impeller leads to low efficiency of the mixing process, the formation of stagnant zones and a decrease in the quality of the product. The paper proposes to transmit irregular motion to the impeller by transmission with elliptical gears. To conduct further dynamic analysis of the transmission, evaluate the efficiency and design of the actuator of the stirred tank, a kinematic and force analysis is carried out in this paper. Analogues of the velocity and acceleration of the output link, as well as reactions in the kinematic pairs of the mechanism for all positions of input link are found.
