Abstract
The formation of sustainable and effective knowledge, based on the development of students' competencies, is one of the tasks of modern society, the transition to modern digital technologies. It is advisable to use information and communication systems that allow to implement the computerization process of learning with remote access. This is quite relevant in modern conditions, when the possibility of training with remote access becomes a priority. At the same time, the effectiveness of using such approaches to the formation of knowledge is largely determined by model estimates, which can be obtained in the process of appropriate modeling. With this in mind, the key aspects of modeling the process of knowledge formation in infocommunication decision-making systems are considered. The following aspects were highlighted and considered: the feasibility of constructing a model for the formation of knowledge based on a sigmoid function, obtaining an assessment of conformity in changes in levels of knowledge during their accumulation and subsequent loss. Moreover, to obtain a conformity assessment in changes in knowledge levels at various stages of its formation, it is proposed to use wavelet coherence. The results are given on test examples, which confirm the possibility of implementing the relevant aspects when modeling the processes under consideration.
