Muallaf Center Indonesia (MCI) is an institution that fosters specifically for converts only. Muallaf Center Indonesia (MCI) which was founded by Koh Staven Wibowo in 2003 he was a Muallaf who at that time had difficulty getting religious guidance in which there were only Maullaf, so he founded Muallaf Center Indonesia (MCI). MCI has spread in almost all regions in Indonesia, even to regions. One of them is MCI who has entered Sorong City, who was brought by Dr. Bagus, he has a wife who is a Muslim convert. To me, Dr. Bagus in Sorong City was confused about finding guidance for Muallaf, he found a Maullaf association. And at that time he told about MCI so that the Muallaf Center Indonesia (MCI) Sorong Branch was formed. This research aims to find out the Advantages of Coaching Muallaf at the Muallaf Center Indonesia (MCI) Sorong City Branch which uses methods like what are its members. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with data analysis, namely qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that based on a qualitative descriptive analysis that the method used in carrying out guidance to Muallaf through the approach method both individually and as a group. After a personal approach was carried out by the head of the MCI Sorong City Branch, recitation activities were held with the aim of strengthening faith and strengthening motivation. If someone has just embraced Islam, the chairperson will immediately meet with the person concerned so he can be invited to join the Sorong Branch of MCI and participate in carrying out Islamic Guidance and become an official member of the Sorong City Branch of MCI. In carrying out the guidance process the hardest thing in carrying out guidance is in terms of facilities and infrastructure, funding, distance and intimidation, even though the 4 heaviest factors are obstacles in carrying out Islamic guidance there are ways in carrying out guidance. Many ustadz and ustadzah like to volunteer in helping to provide guidance to converts both in terms of faith and in terms of motivation.
