Abstract
Summary.— A hypopigmented lesion is described, which on initial inspection appears to be macular, but on closer examination and palpation is appreciated to be slightly elevated. It is oval or round in shape with a cauliflower‐like, scalloped border and cobblestone surface. Histopathologically it appears to be a variant of seborrhoeic keratosis.
