Abstract

Kendrickomyces indicus gen. et sp.nov. is characterized by complex multilocular stromata, furfuraceous ostioles, phialidic conidiogenous cells and falcate conidia. It is compared and contrasted with Waydora nom.nov. (syn. Pulvinaria Rodway, non Bonorden) which although superficially similar differs in structural organization of the stromata.
