Abstract
Islamic Boarding School has enormous potential to form a good financial resilience and independence, One of the organizations that until now has been concerned in helping the economic growth of the independence and financial resilience of a Islamic Boarding School is the Sarekat islamic Boarding School business cooperative organization. The Islamic Boarding School Business Sarekat organization has proven to be very influential on the financial independence and resilience of Islamic Boarding School, it's just that there are still very few islamic Boarding School that are members of the organization. so this research is important to do to explain the process of pesantren financial resilience and independence based on the Islamic Boarding School Business Sarekat Cooperative Organization. This study used a qualitative approach with a type of field research. The qualitative field approach was used in this study to explain the financial independence and resilience of pesantren through the Islamic Boarding School Sarekat Business Cooperative. Data collection procedures were obtained from interviews, documentation and observation. And for data analysis is done with three stages, data reduction, data display and conclusion making. The results of this study explain that in forming the resilience and financial independence of islamic Boarding School, KSBP conducts sales of superior products between islamic Boarding School that are members of KSBP. In addition, in 2020 KSBP built a Distribution Center (DC) Building. Internal inhibiting factors include; there are still primary cooperatives that do not conduct RATs, the existence of the same products between KSBP members, long distribution distances between KSBP members, and loyalty in the use of goods between KSBP members. As for the inhibiting factors from the externya come from competitors outside KSBP and natural disasters that occur. KSBP's supporting factors also come from internal and external factors, KSBP's internal supporting factors come from the positive support of KSBP members, while external factors come from Indonesian Bank and the Ministry of Cooperatives.
