Abstract

Teaching modules are the most important learning tools because they contain learning plans thatwill be implemented by the teacher so that learning is more focused. This research aims todetermine students' abilities in compiling teaching modules based on the Merdeka curriculum.The type of research used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The instrumentused is an instrument in the form of a test. In the teaching module there are main components thatmust be implemented. Of these three main components, it was found that students did notunderstand the knowledge about enrichment components and worksheets. The three maincomponents used as benchmarks are general information components, core components, andattachments. There is 1 student who has mastered the teaching module. 3 students who are verygood at making teaching modules, 2 students who are good at mastering making teachingmodules. When preparing teaching modules, students on average have included 3 components intheir modules, although there are still some students who experience several obstacles inpreparing them.
