Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of Home-based Learning (HBL) implementation among the pupils of Integrated Special Education Program (PPKI) in Tabuan Ulu Primary School, Kuching. It also examined the effect of HBL to the parents or guardians. The research methodology is using the descriptive analysis method. A set of questionnaires was created through Google Form and distributed online to obtain the quantitative data. 32 respondents who consisted of parents and guardians of PPKI pupils have participated in the questionnaires. The results indicated high level of effectiveness of HBL. The pupils showed progress in HBL. Parents also gave positive feedback on HBL implementation. As conclusion, the implementation of HBL among the PPKI pupils of Sekolah Kebangsaan Tabuan Ulu is highly effective and give positive impact to both pupils and parents.
