Abstract
Tulisan ini membahas keadilan bagi mustahiq dengan melakukan studi terhadap penerapan ketentuan ashnaf di badan amil zakat nasional (BAZNAS) kabupaten Magelang. Tulisan ini menguji apakah ketentuan Ashnaf di Badan Amil Zakat Magelang sudah memenuhi unsur keadilan dalam menentukan siapa saja di antara mustahiq zakat yang diberikan dana distribusi zakat. Hasilnya sistem yang dipakai sudah proporsional dan mengacu kepada keadilan sosial
