Abstract

Tourism villages in the process of tourism development in Bengkulu province present a more dynamic type of tourism expressed through the spirit of "tourism as a means of absorbing rural labor, as a driving force to promote promote regional economic growth and as a means of poverty alleviation". However, the development of tourist villages in this province can be called pilot tourist villages. Therefore, there are still some strategic steps to be taken if we want villages with tourism potential to develop into independent tourist villages. Analysis of situations and conditions is one entry, followed by their respective contributions. one. Strength is a condition that is the strength of an area. something that belongs to a region and works well. b. Weaknesses are situations where no support (not going well) or something has been identified but not yet or not in the field. compare to An opportunity is a positive factor or condition that arises from the environment and provides the program with an opportunity to capitalize on and develop it. It can be valuable in terms of both potential and possibly added value compared to other areas. D. Threat (threat) is an element of threat that creates obstacles to the development of a program.
