Abstract

The utilization of fishery resources shall still pay attention to and ensure the preserved, or in other words, the fish resource management must provide the optimal economic benefits by remaining attentive to the fish resource biology factor. The purpose of this research is to Analyze the level of production, the effort and the economic optimum of the rented fishery resources in the waters of Sambas Regency. Analyze the feasibility of fishery resource management scenario catch in the waters of Sambas Regency. The research by the method of purposive sampling and use survey. The data analysis used the analysis of bio-economic model with CYP, WH, Schnute and algorithms Fox and investment analysis. From the results of investment analysis that in large pelagic fish resources utilization value NPV of Rp-459,631,847.82, B/C the Net value of 0.30 and value negative IRR; This means that for the type of large pelagic fish resources are not worth the investment. Whereas the results of the analysis of the dynamic model of optimal investment level, on the utilization of small pelagic fish resources in the waters of Sambas Regency is a dynamic model in scenario 1 (Optimum-Optimum Yield Effort), demersal fish resources from each scenario is a scenario that most good and worthy of being able to provide bigger profits for a period of eight years.
