The limit of commercial wood has not been adequately supplied by industrial forestry. One of the efforts to overcome such condition is the usage of fast growing wood engineered with bamboo. This study aims to investigate the stiffness and strength of glue laminated timber beam made of fast growing wood, Paraserianthes Falcataria and bambo Dendrocalamus asper (Schult. F) Backer ex Heyne. This study is experimental research. The stiffness and strength was define as independent variable. The result shows that highest bending strength ( MOR ) was indicated by specimen with ratio 0.50. Mean while the highest elasticity modulus (MOE) was indicated by specimen with ratio 1.00. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:Table Normal; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Times New Roman; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;}
