Abstract
Předkladaný přispěvek se zabýva klicovými problematickými aspekty soucasne pravni upravy přeshranicnich fuzi, ktere vyžaduji, aby byly opraveny v ramci nejbližsi novelizace zakona c. 125/2008 Sb., o přeměnach obchodnich spolecnosti a družstev. Uvedený text napřiklad upozorňuje na rozpory s komunitarnim pravem, na pravni nejistotu, pokud jde o urceni subjektů, ktere se mohou ucastnit přeshranicni fuze, připadně na problematicke body spojene s procesem realizace konkretni přeshranicni fuze.
