Abstract
The K-electron capture probability to 136 keV in the decay of 57Co has been determined by K x-ray—γ-ray sum peaks observed in single HPGe (28.27 mm 2 × 5.5 mm) detector. The results are independent of fluorescence yields and detector efficiencies.
