Abstract

Annotation Purpose. Reducing the cost of crop production due to the use of the created standard range of multifunctional mobile energy means (MEM) such as “Autotractor”. Methods. Analytical methods of analysis of the state of technical support of APV and technical means using the basic laws of economic theory with the subsequent processing of results by means of the personal computer. Results. The standard size range of multifunctional mobile power vehicles of the Autotractor type, which is formed by traction forces and consists of 4 traction classes, is substantiated. The main parameters of the representatives of the size range, in particular, weight, power of the internal combustion engine, load capacity, wheel formula are substantiated. Conclusions. According to the results of the analysis of the state of technical support of APV and equipment produced by domestic tractor plants, the main parameters of the size range of MEM type “Autotractor” are substantiated. The standard size range consists of 4 traction classes, the weight of which is in the range from 1.4 t to 13.8 t, engine power – from 30 kW to 300 kW, load capacity – from 0.5 t to 12.0 t, wheel formulas – 4×4 and 6×6, maximum speed – 80–90 km/h. Increasing the weight of the MEM due to the weight of the ballast (load) makes it possible to increase the traction class of the MEM. The use of mobile power facilities (MEM) makes it possible to reduce the cost of their work by increasing the annual load and reduce the cost and range of the technological fleet of farm machines by 30 % and, ultimately, reduce th cost of crop production.
