Abstract

Purpose. Justification of parameters of technological modules (TM) for aggregation with the MEZ-115 “Autotractor” (MEZ) multifunctional mobile energy vehicle, the use of which will make it possible to create structural agricultural machines and tools for it. Methods. Application of analytical methods and mathematical modeling of the work process of agricultural units, tractor and car theory. Numerical modeling was carried out using a personal computer. Results. The possible places of TM installation on the MEZ were analyzed. Graphs of the dependence of loads on the front and rear axles on the weight of the TM and the distance of the placement of the TM from the axis of the rear wheels were created. Shown is the change in front and rear axle loads, respectively, due to the change in TM parameters. The parameters of the rear TM have been derived, in which uniform loading of the axles is achieved, and controllability of the MTA is maintained. Conclusions. The parameters of TM, which are installed on the rear mounted device of the MEZ, are substantiated. Dependencies are deduced, and the permissible distance and weight of the TM, which meet the requirements of state standards, are established.
