Abstract
This article analyzes Jurgen Habermas’ interpretation and criticism of Carl Schmitt’s juridical-political thinking. It will be done through the critical analysis of three dimensions: The concept of politics, Theory of the Constitution and Political Theology. This study concludes that Habermas is not only a critic of Schmitt but also one of his most essential interpreters in Europe.
