Abstract
The<i>Interstate Medical Journal</i>introduces a valuable feature with its January issue. The whole number is devoted to a review of the medical literature of the year 1902, each department being under the direction of a specialist. In this way it forms a brief but convenient and fairly full statement of the principal progress that has been made during the year. This is to be a feature of the journal hereafter, each January issue containing an epitome of the medical and surgical progress of the preceding twelve months. The<i>Journal of Cutaneous and Genito-urinary Diseases</i>will hereafter appear under a new title, the<i>Journal of Cutaneous Diseases, Including Syphilis</i>, under the management of Dr. A. D. Mewborn of New York. The old association with genitourinary diseases which, the editor remarks, were in no way related to dermatology, has been dropped.
