He writes a weekly column in the Guardian’s Weekend magazine and has published four bestselling cookbooks: Plenty and Plenty More (his collections of vegetarian recipes) and, co-authored with Sami Tamimi, Ottolenghi: The Cookbook and Jerusalem.
