Abstract

The Ogan Ilir community, that is, have a mutual cooperation spirit. The process of Islamization and the development of Islam in Ogan Ilir was spread by Mr. Umar Baginda Saleh (1575-1600). Mr. Umar broadcasts Islam in the Tanjung Atap area. Jam and Prince Sido Ing Rajek, precisely Sakatiga Village. The village of Sakatiga as the escape site of Prince Sido Ing Rajek when the Dutch attacked and burned the Kuto Gawang Palace in 1659. Early in the 19th century there were several major scholars in Ogan Ilir, especially in Sakatiga. Among them are Kyai Bahri bin Bunga, Kyai Harun Sakatiga who holds the title Sayyidina Harun, Kiai Ishak Bahsin. Period 1918-1942 Kyai Ishak Bahsin. In 1932 an Islamic Madrasah was founded, the Madrasa Nurul Islam Sribandung. In 1950, it was also officially established Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga which is one of the pesantren which is quite well-known and famous among the people of South Sumatra province. Then on July 10, 1967 the official Al-Ittifaqiah Middle School (MMA) was established in Indralaya, Culture in Ogan Ilir in the form of a pesantren building / study building for students. in Ogan Ilir there are the three oldest Islamic boarding schools namely Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School in Sribandung, Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Sakatiga and Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School in Indralaya. In addition there are several long-built mosques including: Masjid Jami ‟Darussholihin Meranjat Village, Al-Qubro Indralaya Mosque, and Al-Falah Mosque. Keywords: Imprint, Arrival, Islam.
