What kind of poisoning, which caused an outbreak in South London in 1978, is associated with facial and abdominal edema, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, and an “eruption” that reportedly tends to occur on the lower abdomen and inner thighs as red papules that may progress to pustular, crusted lesions?
