Abstract
Analytical expressions for the elements of the Jacobian matrices of the motions equations of a system of bodies are considered in the exact and approximate statements. To reduce the number of operations in simulating the dynamics of the system of bodies numerically, the notions of local Jacobian matrices of force elements and block-diagonal local Jacobian matrices are introduced, and the matrices of the latter type are justified to be used for a wide class of force interactions of bodies.
