Abstract

Basal follicular phase FSH levels are utilized to predict the response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) for IVF, despite the decreased sensitivity and specificity of these tests in the setting of advancing patient age. The purpose of our study was to compare IVF outcomes between older patients with normal basal FSH levels ≤10 mIU/ml vs. those with basal FSH levels > 10 mIU/ml.
