Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were published in 2015 as a way for all countries to achieve a sustainable future. In this article we introduce the SDGs Handbook for the Early Years and suggest that early years settings have a powerful role to play in recognising young children both as important global citizens and future change agents.
