Abstract

The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) escalation data of IT disruption report in the Indonesian Railways Co is divided into some criteria such as disaster, crisis, critical, major, and minor. Each criterion consists of several sub-criteria. The disruption in the sub-criteria may come up together at the same time. However, the SOP does not have a priority troubleshooting to solve it. The research aims to decide the troubleshooting priority of IT disruption in the Indonesian Railways Co using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP calculation starts with the pairwise comparisons of critical, major and minor criteria. The result of AHP consistency is measured based on the Consistency Ration (CR) value. The decision results of CR IT priority troubleshooting are; critical 0.094, major 0.076, and minor 0.051, with overall CR ≤ 0.1. The AHP method got the optimal IT priority troubleshooting.
