Abstract
The polytembre piano duet, as an independent performing and instrumental composition in the genre system of a chamber ensemble, has long been in the focus of attention of modern musicians. The combination of multidirectional cultural vectors - Chinese and Western music - within the framework of an integral duet musical composition of the beginning of the 21st century testifies to the strengthening of globalization processes and confirms the relevance of this study.
