Abstract

This article examines the historical changes that took place in the Eurasian space during the preimperial, imperial and post-imperial periods, and analyzes its main characteristics in these three historical stages. On this basis, the historical experience and lessons learned are summarized, and it is emphasized that the future development of the Eurasian space requires a balance between the trends of globalization and regionalization, universality and specificity, localization and openness to the outside world.
