Abstract
Isomeric states in the 3 to 500 nanosecond range have been measured by a new method depending on the fast timing properties of Ge(Li) detectors and the small time spread of beam bunches in a sector-focussed cyclotron. New isomeric transitions are reported in 208Po and 210Po.
