Abstract

An evaluation method of the power supply capacity based on the energy of risk is proposed. This method meets the need of island partition for power recovery after a fault occurring in distribution network. The multi-objective island partition model of the distribution system with microgrid is proposed. Three objective functions are considered in this model. They are the maximum weighted sum of the load power recovery, the minimum island numbers, and the comprehensive confidence as much as possible. The uncertainty of output power in microgrid is counted based on the relation between output power and confidence. The comprehensive optimum plan is obtained by comparing the objective satisfaction degree distance of the three schemes. Finally, the results of the samples demonstrate the validity of the new model and method.
