Abstract

Digital technologies penetrate into many spheres of human activity. The accumulation of a large amount of information in digital form has given impetus to the development of technologies for its processing and analysis, including through artificial intelligence technology. Technical solutions are being created using artificial intelligence and for use in judicial activities. The introduction of digital technologies gives rise to additional questions and risks associated with the objectivity of the result, its fairness. It seems that the use of digital technologies can be initially tested on certain categories of cases and procedural actions.
