Abstract
This report describes an unusual compound radiocarpal dislocation of the wrist joint which was irreducible due to entrapment of the ulnar neurovascular bundle and flexor profundus II-V. A full description of the clinical findings, repair technique, and the correlation between the mechanism of injury and the anatomic lesions is given.
