ABSTRACT The concept of paying it forward in the context of aging challenges us to create environments, practices, and policies today that anticipate and cater to the needs of aging people of tomorrow. The principle calls for a holistic approach that combines empathy, empowerment, inclusivity, and support to ensure that the later stages of life are embraced with dignity, purpose, and fulfillment. This article explores the multifaceted dimensions of aging within the ethos of paying it forward, emphasizing the collective responsibility to shape a future that enriches the aging experience for current and future generations.
