Abstract
The dependence of lifetime and photoluminescence intensity on temperature and excitation intensity for vitreous and crystalline As2Se3 and As2S3 has been studied. On the basis of the experimental data a conclusion is made about the mechanism of these materials radiation. The effect of non-radiative transitions in the process of non-equilibrium carrier recombination is discussed. [Russian Text Ignored].
