Abstract

The Present research aimed to define Relationship of organization climate with job stress among physical education teachers in Zanjan city. The research method used is correlation and statistical population consisted of physical education teachers in Zanjan city during 2010 year from which a sample of 106 was selected through random sampling proportional method. The research instruments were organization climate with job stress Questionnaire, which its reliability with computation Cronbach's Alpha was, estimated 0/75 and 0/73 in a study. At last, collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential method such as Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression. The major findings of the research were: Correlation coefficient in level of P≤0/1 showed a inverse and significant Relation between domains of with organization climate such as structure, response, reward, cordiality, advocation, identify with job stress. Correlation coefficient in level of P ≤0/1 showed non-significant Relation between domains of with organization climate such as risk acceptance in managers and conflict with job stress. Just organizations standard shade positive significant Relation between jobs stresses. The result of stepwise regression coefficient showed maximum share domains of organization climate in predict job stress of physical education teachers of Zanjan include: cordiality, reward, structure, advocation. The findings of this research showed with domains of with organization climate could control the job stress of physical education teachers.
