Abstract

Objective To understand about the behaviors of specialized students in frustrating situation during the internship and explore the teaching method which is beneficial to improve the frustration education situation for student nurses. Methods Self-compiled frustration education situation questionnaire of student nurses was applied to investigate 108 student nurses in a grade III class A hospital of Guangdong province. Results The total score of frustration education situation for student nurses was (2.86±0.86). For the student nurses whether they were different genders, different education degrees, only child or had the experience as class leader, the difference for the score of frustration education situation had statistical significance(P 0.05). Other programs had statistical significance(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors which influenced the score of frustration education situation of student nurses were gender, education degree and whether the only child. Conclusion The frustration education of student nurses remains to improve.In addition, to some extent, the frustration education of undergraduate student nurses is superior to it of junior college students, which mainly manifests in working ability, interpersonal relationship and emotion management dimensionality.The cognition to shift system and job selection attitude program still remains to improve.Inordinately, gender, education degree and whether the only child have some influence on the frustration education of student nurses.The individual characteristics of student nurses should be combined to have frustration education for clinical education according to the actual situation.
