Abstract
Objective To explore the ICU nursing factors caused nosocomial infection situation and nursing countermeasures. Methods From January 2007 to March 2011,107 cases happened nosocomial infection during hospitalization, the clinical data was reviewed and analyzed. Another 1047 ICU patients were selected in hospital, randomly divided into two groups. Conventional care was treated in control group. Nursing care summarized in front of the nursing countermeasures was treated in the observation group. Happening situation nosocomial infection and satisfaction of nursing of patients were compared. Results Before March 2011, nosocomial infection caused by nursing factos in the ICU patients aged> 60 years old was majority, and aged< 35 years old was significantly smaller proportion. The foundation of infection were main multiple wounds and cerebrovascular disease. Infection site were mainly respiratory tract, followed by urinary tract. 8 patients(1.26%)in the observation group happened nosocomial infection, which was obviously lower than that of the control group(8.74%).613 patients(96.54%)of the observed group were satisfied with nursing, which was much higher than that of control group(84.47%). There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion To the ICU patients, comprehensive and directive nursing for patients is benefit to recovery and the relationship between the harmonious, could be used as a conventional care in ICU way clinical campaign.
