Abstract
2006年，广东省江门市新会区被卫生部确定为全国“基本职业卫生服务（BOHS）试点区”，在开展试点工作中，我们根据BOHS的基本原理和工作要求，通过加强区疾病预防控制中心（下称疾控中心）技术指导和服务能力的建设、培养提高镇卫生院防保科和村卫生站的BOHS能力等措施，打造BOHS三级网络，同时，在新会区各类医疗机构中探讨建设职业卫生监测哨点，纳入BOHS体系的三级网络，有效地扩大了BOHS的覆盖面，达到了广泛覆盖的目的。
