Abstract
For the reaction pp → ΛΛ from threshold up to 1.7 GeV c total and differential cross section data, polarisations and spin correlations have been obtained. The data indicate a remarkably strong p-wave contribution even close to the reaction threshold. The ΛΛ spin correlations are compatible with a pure triplet state.
