Abstract

The article describes the effect of magnetic hyperthermia under the influence of an oscillating magnetic field acting on the colloidosomal iron oxide nanoparticle clusters with dimensions of <dC> ≅ 100 nm containing magnetite nanoparticles <dP> ≅ 11.8 nm.The experiment was carried out at the magnetic field frequency f = 355 kHz at various amplitude values up to H = 20 kA·m−1. The nature of the heating curves shows that the main mechanism of heating is the effect of magnetic relaxation. The general construction of apparatus generating an oscillating magnetic field is described. The specific loss power (SLP) value was determined in the experiment.
